Da Nang partners with Tether & major corporations to build a Global Digital Financial Hub
According to CafeF, on August 28, 2025, within the framework of the Da Nang Finance and Technology Week (DFTW 2025), the People’s Committee of Da Nang City signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tether Operations – a global leader in the digital assets sector.
This agreement aims to apply blockchain technology and peer-to-peer solutions to enhance digital infrastructure, smart urban governance, and contribute to building an International Financial Center in Da Nang.
Also on August 28, at the Vietnam Annual Finance Forum 2025, Bao Dau Tu reported that Da Nang signed and exchanged MoUs with many domestic and international partners to promote activities, programs, and specific cooperation projects for developing Vietnam’s International Financial Center in Da Nang.
At the same time, coordinate and support communication, promotion, training, and user guidance for the Digital Payment Solutions in Da Nang.
